absolutely love it, soo good. im just under 6ft and have gone for a medium, and it feels good to me, i would say get a medium as a large would probs be a bit to big. deffo reccomend it, awesome bike.

im just under 11stone and run a 450. it is slightly oversprung for me, but i find it makes the bike pedal much better.
